At Comfee’, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your appliance, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Safely repackage your appliance in its original box with all included manuals, accessories, and protective foam to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
